Missing Funds

I received a penalty of R250 from SARS in Nov 2024 which turned out to be a missing directive from MIRF from 2023 which I finally sorted with SARS but I then found out it was for my pension refund that they say they paid into my bank account in Nov 2023. But I do not have the monies and my bank FNB say it was never deposited so either someone in MIRF ******* or they gave to someone else
