MIFA/MIBCO useless

Since 2021 they have asked for my documentation send it September 2021, May 2022 followed up to find out when I will receive payment they said they have not received my documentation. After I confirmed in September 2021 and they said they did. Sent the necessary documents again in May asked again did they receive it they confirmed. They said within 3 months they will pay. August still have not received any money from them followed up again. With the answer once again they have not received my documents. So my question is dont they have competent people that work there??? Terrible service if you miss one payment the kick you off but they can not do their work and its A OK!!!
