MiFA useless

Been waiting 7 months for a payout to me. When I was given a response by Phindile about 3 months ago I was told it was paid into a Thyme Bank account. I never had an account. Wrnt to the police, did an affidavit saying i never opened such a bank account and went to the office. Was told they were people who helped trace customers money was sent back to MIFA. I filled in all the forms again. And was promised feedback. When I email them i receive nothing. You cannot complain about customer service when there isn't any. It is a disgrace.
