Mifa failing us dismally

I am so frustrated the way mifa treat us. I app**** for my provident fund last year on the 17th of September, call centre countless times, l even visited mifa offices more than 5 times but they are just failing to authorize n release my funds. For 2 months now i'm being told money will be released within 2 working days and i get nothing.
