Mifa_complaint

For the past two weeks I have been trying to contact Mifa . There *** number. It says subscriber not available. I tried to email - no response. I contacted Mibco (who I pay for their member fee) and they advised me that they cannot help me. Here's what happened: I downloaded into my Mifa app and logged into my app for the first time. I downloaded a statement, took many screenshots and logged out. When I tried to log back into my app. It said that I needed to reset my password and that it will send me an OPT pin. I never received an OTP pin. At the moment I'm locked out and it says I need to contact the Administrator. How can I contact the administrator when no one answers their email, the Mifa WhatsApp number no one responds or reads the message.. But come the end of the month they remember to faithfully deduct the money from your paycheck. That they are quick to respond to. Does anyone still work there?? Do I cancel payments to the fund with immediate effect and proceed with legal action to obtain funds paid to them?

I'm not sure what to do. Please advise.
