Mifa, a bunch of useless administrators

Is there an option for a -*? This is the most frustrating company i have ever dealt with. They are useless yet they get paid at the end of the month, for what i have no idea. Calls are not answered Emails are not responded There is absolutely no action from MIFA for the past 9 month trying to claim my late dad's funds. I am very sad
