MIFA -6 Months to possibly process a Claim

Was contacted in November 2021 by ICTS regarding Unclaimed Benefits currently with MIFA. Sent through all requested Documents on the 23rd Of November - on follow up I was informed that my Documents were only Loaded on their System on the 3rd of January 2022. Since then after numerous phone calls and being told that payment would be processed by the 7th of January 2022 to maybe it will be processed before June 2022. No response in regards to any feedback or even the Administrator actually bothering to make contact to provide feedback!
