LACK OF SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!

I am shocked to learn that unclaimed benefits take 8 to 12 weeks to be resolved - this monies is due to the person since 2018 and if a person didnt search on the unclaimed benefits website this funds would have just sit there with no action . I have pleaded for the process to be dealt with sooner but the staff at the call centre not very helpful at al . how can a person wait nearly 4 months for monies due to him --
