HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MIFA

I submitted my claim close to 2 months ago and have had no assistance with the callcentre on why my claim was not paid!The person said she would call me back and she did not call me back. Today she told me someone else has my claim and I must await response then. The service is PATHETIC I WANT MY MONEY
