Frustration and lack of assistance

I am serious frustrated, it takes forever to get through to someone telephonically, even if one sends an email, NO ONE Responds then they have a whatsapp number even there NO ONE Responds this service is pathetic and when one eventually gets through telephonically then that person can't help you then when they transfer the call the call cuts out. I used all my call time just holding on to speak to someone
