Disgusting Service

If I could give a minus rating I would. The service is absolutely disgusting. No communication as to when the claim will be paid out. It's been 3 months since the initial start of the process. No one answers phones, and if youre lucky enough to get through - they drop the call on you and you have to start the whole process again. Promises after promises - excuses agter excuses. Absolutely shocking. I will not recommend MIFSA.
