Claim submitted in December

I had to courier my claim form directly to Motor Industry Fund Administrators, this was signed for a second time by Doreen on the 12/12/2014, when I called to follow up I was told by Doreen she didn't have the claim and it wasn't registered on the system, she then admitted she found it on her colleagues desk nothing had been done and the case hadn't been processed. Since December I have called every day being told the same story the claim is in for processing. almost 3 months later and still no monies paid out, I spoke to Doreen who was transferring me to her supervisor as the claim was sent for processing today!!!! What a joke this is shocking service no one gives a hoot about the service they provide. I want this resolved urgently as you have messed me around for long enough. Management take control and get this resolved. I want the interest portion paid since the delay has been your lack of diligence.
