Shameless regarding the unemployed waiting for their payments. No response to emails nor to any phone calls. They just let you hang on until your airtime runs out. I got confirmation that my payment is pending for authorisation but still havent received anything yet. I submitted my claim in March 2025. Why is payment still pending. This is our own monies that they play with. They want to do payments when they feel like it. People are starving out here waiting.
