Battling to get response regarding my Provident

Went on retirement end August and I am still waiting for Motor Industry to pay my Provident Fund. I keep on phoning and sending e-mails and get no response from them. I was told this morning by one of the ladies that eventually answered the phone than an Anna Moshoeshoe is still busy with it and have not even sent it or SARS. I do not understand why it is taking so long. I have send several e-mails but never get a response from them. Pay out should be within 3 Months.
