Bad Service, shaddy business

Worst service ever.... submitted a late estate claim in December 2024 and Daniel their administrator confirmed it has been sent for payment processing, till today the payment has not been done, no response from Daniel and each time I call I'm told he's not available and he's apparently the only person to assist. I'd rate this company a zero if I had to.
