Bad service

My husband app**** for his provident fund and till now almost a month later he still has not received his money. We have been to their offices on numerous occasions and submitted all the documents they required. We are in desperate need of that money. We have sent them emails to which they do not respond at all which is very poor service for such a huge company. They said the money bounced back to them and we submitted them with proof from the bank my husband's account nr. It is has been a week now and still no money and no correspondence from them. When my husband tries to contact them via phone they are not responding and when he tries on whatsapp then they pretend he doesn't exist and he was never with the company. He worked 7 years with BP. We just want the money that is due to my husband to be paid out immediately and that can correspond to us and not ignore us. If this matter is not resolved asap then we will need to expose them and Standard bank because someone has taken our money and we are suffering.
