Bad Poor Service from Phindile

Good day, I do have a query with your guys. I did submit my claim a month ago and then I needed to submit all my documents again. When I send mails and ask about my claim and progress on my claim no one is coming back to me. I must say your service is very bad and I would like to talk with one of your managers of even your regional manager. If I check on your website about people that's complaining and still waiting for feedback of your guys. I hope and trust you will respond to my query. I don't care about people that was retrench of about companies that closed down. I also have money with your guys and must be treated the same as any other person. The people responsible here is Phindile and Annemarie. I would like get feedbafk of my claim or I will take it a step further even if I had to knock on the ombudsman doors I will do.
