ZERO HELP FROM MFC IN TIME OF NEED

I have sent emails to collections agents whom were apparently "handling"our vehicle account. Made countless contact to those agents, no response,no assistance. I have even sent a recent email confirming what i have been saying the past 3 months that i get back to work this month,therefore will be able to continue my monthly installments.

Mfc has apparently passed the account on to debt collectors and today someone called saying they are told to come get the car. Like seriously??? Which part of please add the months onto the contract as i was unable to pay monthly installment then was not understood?? Which part of i am able to resume installment as of end of october was missed??? The situation was out of my control as i have explained on previous emails,i had no income and could not in any way make arrangements i couldnt afford which would put the account into arrears anyway. I was not asking for the extention on payment holiday indefinately, and that is what i have been trying to explain on all emails sent to your collections agents.

This is dissappointing to say the least!
