Zero efforts to help clients

This company is just the pits. I've been requesting statements for my late fathers cars for the past two weeks with no luck. Everytime I call them, I am asked to send documents that I've sent already. The last lady I spoke to put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up the call. I am really tired of calling your offices and sending the same documents over and over again!
