Zero Communication

They dont answer calls. They dont reply to emails. The will call you and let your phone ring for less than 5 seconds. Ive have been mailing Jolandi Anthony for months and she doesnt reply! I also had to deal with sarcastic staff treating you like **** becuase they think you owe them personaly. Laid a complaint and nothing happened. They will "look into it".
