Your Staff are bullies

My mother is behind on payment when we found out we wanted to make an arrangement but even when justin called me he insisted all or nothing. same month i went on your own website to get another agent to make an arrangement but justin called again. Now he is threatening repossession but willing to take less then what he was refusing we pay to begin with forcing her to agree. Your agents and their bullying is disgusting. He didnt want any payment less than R6000 now hes willing to get less. I want somebody to call me other than Justin. Your staff are vultures.
