You lot are a bunch of unprofessional. When it comes to making payments and sending your 3rd party agent you will hound one like a ********. But when I'm trying to do what will work in my favor you ghost me. I got a call from Yolanda 2 weeks ago and I asked her to call after 5min, she never called. I've been calling her till today but she never picks up. Yesterday I spoke to one of the agents at mfc who advised that if I'm planning to surrender the vehicle I can go to 2 different dealerships and get 2 OTPs then send them back. I did that, and today I'm being told about this unprofessional skank again that doesn't return calls or responds to emails. This means I'll be experiencing another *****gwa saga. I don't want my vehicle to be repossessed cause I'm trying to avoid legal costs. The disgusting part is that the bank that financed me doesn't advice when one is faced with tough situations.
