Wrongly accoused

After several attempts just to get some to call me back. Numers email that have been sent. And still no response. After a phone call received from the collection department. Accousing me for missing a payment. I did sent my bank statement through and was talled a consultant will call me to rectify it. Today I received my clear score report bring down my credit rating and showed that I have missed a payment.

I need this to be rectified at the credit bereu like yesterday.
