Wrongful Charges

<p>On the 1st of March 2017 I made payment to my MFC account. The payment was for the arrears and the monthly instalment. On the 6th of March MFC handed me over to the lawyers for collection despite my account not being in arrears. On the 10th of March MFC added an amount of R754.40 on my account for handing me over to the lawyers. I spoke to your consultant by the name of Njabulo Mabaso who couldn't help me at all. I ask you to reverse the amount of R754.40 from my account as you handed my account to the lawyers after I had made the payment on the 1st of March. Even the statement I received from you guys does show the payment that was made on the 1st of March as well as the fee you added on the 10th of March. What kind of ***** is that?</p>
