Wrong Ref account number on statement and Cant register

Good day im trying to get the MFC banking details in order to pay off finish the last remaining amount on my vehicle when i try to register via www.mfc.ac.za manage my accounts but the reference number must be 10 characters your reference number on my statements is 11 characters thus gives me an incorrect message notice. I cant register in order to pay the outstanding amount account number on the statement incorrect. That is the reference number mentioned in this complaint
