Would think Nedbank and MFC would help each other secure business...
MFC finance approved through dealer for a vehicle purchased in Gauteng. I have to do 30% of paperwork at one of the Nedbank branches in Gqeberha in person as I'm not able to travel to the dealer to sign. Dealer and me (MFC and Nedbank customer for 20+ years for private and business accounts) have been unable to get anyone at any Nedbank Branch in Gqeberha to answer their phones so that we can find out if we can sign at the bank. MFC also unwilling / unable to assist with any type of solution. Contact Centre unwilling / unable to assist.

29 Jul 2021, 14:28I was contacted by MFC Complaints Resolution shortly after the complaint was put up - thank you for that. She indicated to us that a person by the name of Neville would contact us shortly and inform us how to proceed with MFC/Nedbank so the deal can be concluded. We have not heard another word - now another day almost lost. Can you please help - we don't want to air issues on social media, but there is no other way to make contact or get any reaction from MFC or Nedbank.
