WORST SERVICES EVER. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Hi I could give MFC a zero star rating I would. This is the worst motor vehicle financal institution. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. They hound and threaten their customers on the regular. I have missed 2 payments so my account is currently in arrears due to my financial circumstances. I have explained to them in a detailed email explaining my home and financial situation currently. And asked for grace until I receive my proceeds from the house sale. And even told them once I receive that money I will settle the bank in full and then I can finally be rid of them. As they are the absolute worst financial institution to insure your vehicle with. I am ever sorry I went with them. And I cannot wait to be rid of them as they harasse their customers and threaten them all the time. And they are now refusing to give me grace till mid August when I will be settling the account in full, and demanding immediate payment knowing I have no money at the moment to make a payment. If I had it I would immediately pay it but I can't. They have no sympathy or empathy, I mean I lost my job during covid and had to try start a business which hasn't taken off yet but also made plan to pay my instalments. But things have been slow the last few months, making it impossible for me to keep my account up to date...So it's really been tough, I have explained all of this to them, had a home invasion I which I also lost my husband he was brutally attacked just a month after losing both my parents tragically. And yet they still refuse to give me grace until I can settle the account.

And they are the only financial institution I know of that didn't give their customers relief or grace on their accounts during covid. My car is almost paid up and now they still want to threaten me. After telling them I am going to settle the account in full by August when I receive my money from the sale of the house.

They have the worst service and agents working for them. I can't wait to be rid of them and will never ever advise anyone to insure their vehicles with MFC. I am now having to sell some of my belongings to pay them as they are demanding an immediate payment. As they refuse to give me grace so that I can settle the account in full in August.
