Worst service from MFC NEDBANK EVER.

Good day to all hope you find this useful, I phoned mfc to get copy of NATIS papers for car they could not tell me if the car is in my name or still on the banks name, I then payed for papers only to find out that they have made a mistake and that the money has to be reversed here is where it gets good I have been sent from one person then the next they have everything they need account statement to proof that it is your account nevermind the proof of payment then when document is given they don't even know that you need the account number to open account statement, they send you short and sarcastic email in the morning and the rest of the day you don't hear anything they have not refunded my money and has not help me at all sins last moth waiting for my money, the staff at mfc is clearly untrained and *********** this is the worst service I have recieced from mfc Nedbank devision.
