Worst service from MFC

Poor service from Mfc, I settled my vehicle on the 13th Oct on the 15th they requested my address for delivery of my vehicle certificate which the claimed it will take 10 days of which I provided the same day. Today it's the 06th Oct they haven't sent anything when I called them they are saying they are going to start that process this week meaning I wil have to wait another 10 days if not more, what if I haven't call. To hell with MFC
