Worst service ever from Krishnie Naidoo of MFC

I was in an accident and my car is write-off and we obtained settlement quotation from MFC which the insurance settled my outstanding debts based on such quotations. My fustration comes from the *********** lady from MFC who said; *First, my account can't be closed as the settlement quatation did not include administration fee (why would they send me settlement quotation which does not have all costs?) *MFC, debited monthly installment although the account has been settled *I raise these issues with them and they keep on referring me to Krishnie Naidoo who nethier pickup her phone or respond to my mail.

I'm R4k broker with no response, can you please assist me by removing Krishnie from my account and allocate a more competent person. Please!!!
