Worst service ever!

What a disaster, never had such bad service! I received my SMS re my debit order on 15 May, I immediately called to chance my debit order to the 30th of May and I even received a statement confirming it will be deducted 30 May and guess what my debit order was deducted on the 23rd of May, I called back and send an email to the complaints department, I was called back just to hear that I did receive a SMS on the 15th, I told the person do not reverse the debit order by the time I receive my money back it will be end of the month. Today I received another call from MFC saying that I am in arrears, my debit order was reversed and I was refunded, I checked and there is no refund in my bank and goodness are people deaf at MFC!!!!!!!
