Worst service ever

Trying to get a settlement amount after my insurance claim is like pulling an elephant's teeth. Even though I stated that I am aware of the shortfall and would like to settle it, I still cannot jut get an amount to pay. I have to go through multiple agents with not one being able to simply give me an amount owed. The collection consultant will supposedly contact me in 3 working days so we can just accumulate more interest on this account. It is such a hassle to just be an honest paying client
