WORST SERVICE EVER!

I am truly appalled and unsatisfied with MFC. I've recently been retrenched and I asked them, well in advance, for a payment break. I was approved for 2 months which is October and November. For the past 2 weeks I've been harassed by their agents telling me that I owe them money and that my request was declined and only an installment restructure was suggested. I have had no communication with regard to anything being declined or suggested. I have asked them to send me proof but instead I've been sent an email saying my account has been handed over! I am truly disgusted by how MFC is handling this whole situation and being so aggressive with the agents. They are only now treating me like this because I don't work forgetting that I've never given them any payment problems! Sies! TRULY APPALING AND DISGUSTING!
