Worst service by MFC

Most terrible service received from MFC . Negotiated a rate with them while financed with them as I received a way better rate from a competitor . They retained me by matching the rate . However they promised to implement the rate and it's been almost a year and no feedback or communication from MFC . I should have just moved the finance when I had a choice .
