Worst customer care service experience

Account payment was payed and deducted from my account, then sent back to my bank account. Then deducted again only to get harassed to pay, after their error. The account is paid. Why do I get a rude call with no manners whatsoever, terrible customer service. I tried to call, check your records to amend your error and only got sent after 4 times through to Nedbank with no resolution. Terrible service. "i will get a sms?" wow - that will fix everything. I'm not going to chase after you ruining my account.
