Worst company

Your company provides the Worst customer service,you deserve a 0 star rating! All i required was a settlement quotation and i have spoken to 5 agents from your company ,none of these agents were able to provide me with a settlement .The first agent was so rude and when asked for her name she cut the call .i thereafter spoke to the following agents Michelle ,Tred and Thabiso whom advised that he would get his team leader to contact me ,no feedback has been received as yet .Also contacted your offices 6 times again and there was no answer,you guys are so unprofessional.So disappointed
