WORST ADMIN! WORST UPDATING PAYMENTS!!! MAKES YOUR CREDIT SCORE LOOK BAD!!!!!!!!

I went on to my credit score today it shows im 9 months behind on my ****ing car payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im up to date with my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you better fix this!!! im so ****ING angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you guys are useless!!!
