Worse Finance house yet

MFC (Division Of Nedbank ) My Journey with MFC is nothing but trouble -please fix your communication level -during the time when i had a issue with my account my installment never got paid as another service provide had a system error-i sent them a email as it was happening -the best reply I got was "we sent this to the relevant department" - after long they tried to call me -i advised I'm driving then at work i take calls ,then I'm driving again -so happened the day they called i was off and toke the call they agreed for me to cover the arrears in three months -my numerous attempts to contact them go unheard -this month they tried to debit me twice but there was not enough funds so only one debit order went through. Let me explain this Now I'm left with a fee of 109 for decline fees -and if you had debited me twice i would have had to suffer to and not pay something ,they sent me a Debi check i thought it was a updated one so i accepted only to find out that it was not and they debiting me twice -fix your system -i will not stand for this nonsense from you - i want my decline fees re-imbursed - this will teach me never to have any dealing with nedbank -what a curse -Fix it
