Worse company

MFC. You will be liable for a collection fee of 10% (up to max of R480 excl VAT) for arrear collections performed by an external debt collector. My account is only a month behind and the other amount is due end of October. I don't understand why am I getting threats and why has the account been referred to external collection agency.
