Won't close account of paid up car

After my insurance and adcover had paid out...that account for my i20 should have been closed!!! I even recieved a refund from MFC...then end Dec, Boom, they debiting my account for arrears! I reversed the money ofcourse... called Lesley -Ann and she said she will look into it and then sent me some email about R0.00 owed by me and that she will send my account to whatever department that they dont debit again. fine im happy. Mid Jan, Thembi calls me telling me i owe R4000.00 how do i wanna pay it? Like what the hell? I told her if MFC under-claimed with my adcover they better go back and claim again...they knew exactly how much my insurance paid before they claimed from my adcover!!! Now they wanna make it my problem?

Told Thembi to fix her communications with LesleyAnn ... "calculations" had better be done correctly because we pay adcover for such times! So that we don't pay from our own Pockets!!!

Im very dissapointed.

I keep trying to call to follow up but both LesleyAnn and Thembi Thamane phones ring with no answer!!!!
