Why You increased my installment without a reason

Dear MFCNedbank. Why are you robbing me? My instalment for the car is R5447. I requested maintenance plan with the Innovation group & I cancelled it within the cooling off period. But you continue taking R6300 in my account. I'm not going to afford that. You are the same as Old Mutual. You hate Black people? Whatever you do, don't be allowed to be financed by MFC. I was with ABSA before for two cars. I never experience such thing to increase my installment without a reason
