Why is MFC so delayed?
Hi<br> <br> I have been waiting since yesterday for MFC to provide a contract for me to sign at the car dealership. A process that should be relatively simple and quick has now taken nearly a whole day to be done.<br> <br> When I try call the call centre I hold for ages (over 10 minutes) - and then the consultant picks up and drops the call.<br> <br> Please can this be looked into.
