Why is MFC holding my Natas hostage after I settled on the 23/12/2020?

I settled my car with MFC on the 23/12/2020 and sent the the proof of payment on the same day. I received confirmation of the proof of payment and confirmation that is was noted.

The car should have been transferred to my name, because in the settlement letter it confirmed that I will pay an extra fee for the transfer and the courier of the Natas to me.

Then when I followed up in February to find out when I will receive the Natas, they informed me that I needed to phone them for them to transfer the car onto my name a few days after I made the payment. No one ever told me that I need to phone them again to do this, I was just told to pay the money for the transfer and the courier with my settlement amount.

But now the license has expired and they are telling me to first pay the license before they will transfer the Natas to my name. The license for the car expired on the 31/01/2021. They had ample time to transfer the Natas to my name, but never did it.

Then I spoke to Sharyl Naicker who confirmed that there was a problem with the dealership. She made up some story about outstanding fees for the car, I received the mail from the dealership confirming that they had the car on consignment stock and it would not have been possible for MFC to have taken over the Natas if there was outstanding fees on the car.

Months have passed and I have had many fights and complaints with them about this, I have requested the recordings of my conversations with them and to date have not received anything.

I have spoken to Elaine Peterson; Sharyl Naicker and today received an email from Robin Geduld where she requested the confirmation that they received the proof of payment again after I sent it to them on the 23/12/2021.

I sent everything that they requested and do not expect any joy as I have been busy with this for about 5 months now.

All I want is for MFC to transfer the Natas to my name because that is what I payed them for.
