WHY BOTHER WITH INSURANCE MFC?

My husband has been trenches during lockdown. Since we have taken out insurance for that very thing one would think that everything would be ok. We have had absolutely no response from the insurance, at the same time we are being totally harassed by the MFC debt collectors. They call us multiple times a day, and one hand does not know what the other is doing. We know we owe you money. You know we have the insurance. Pay out what we have paid for and leave us alone! This is driving us crazy. This is one thing that should not be a bother as we were insured, but it has become the biggest bother!!!
