Why are you on Hellopeter?

I lodged a complaint on the 22nd of April and received an email from you asking for more info. I sent the info you needed and followed up with 2 more emails over the course of the week. NO RESPONSE. You did not even send me an acknowledgment that you had received my email. If MFC insists on being a company who cares, this is most definitely not the way to deal with complaints
