When days are dark.......

Bought a pre-owned vehicle from a reputable dealership, it turned out to be defective, asked mfc for assistance and after a few emails they stopped responding!!!!! Received an sms from mfc stating that my complaints has been resolved and that was with absolutely no consultation with me.
