Whats going on - Chocned?

<p>This is what Ive sent to ********** <p> </p> <p>I’m not getting any joy from chocned, numerous messages are left for the manger to contact me (the buyer) and the seller (Jacobs) but to no avail,</p> <p> </p> <p>What I understand from all of this, the 1st owner of the vehicle was engaged and the male was the one who used the vehicle. After they broke up the owner asked that the vehicle should be sold and that van male should do it on her behalf. The current owner bought the vehicle from 1st owner via van Tromp without finance. The vehicle is currently in the sellers name from whom I am trying to buy the vehicle,</p> <p> </p> <p>According to chocned a 3rd party was involved hence they cannot continue with the application, and cant establish if the vehicle is paid in full. Me amd the seller have sent the neccesary documents to chocned to confirm everything was done legally. I’m sure if MFC search your records with the ID number of the 1st owner you will see that the vehicle was paid in full by her or himself and can issue a paid up letter to be sent to chocned,</p> <p> </p> <p>We have requested her to compile a written affidavit, signed at a police station stating why the vehicle was in her name and not in the name of him who sold the vehicle on her behalf. They only gap in history should be when the vehicle was / is in the possession of the current owner</p> <p> </p> <p>The signed affidavit if needed should adequately cover the risk of possible claims against the asset,</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the reply I received from the manager at Chocned - Graham:</p> <p>I have just been in contact with MFC and I have advised them that the vehicles proof of payment trail is not correct and we will not continue with the transaction. An affidavit will not be sufficient to conclude this transaction.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ive requested the correspondance between Graham and MFC because every representative Ive spoken to at MFC does not understand what the problem is and said that I should ask Chocned to contact MFC and ask for the paid up letter which it looks as if they are refusing to do.</p> <p>Your assistance would be highly appreciated,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
