what is going on at MFC?

I am writing this on behalf of my girlfriend. In 2009 she purchased a new Hyundai I10 which was financed through MFC. In March 2010 she ran into financial difficulties. She advised MFC and made arrangements with them to extend the period of her loan to enable her to catch up the arrears. MFC agreed to do this then in February 2015 they sent a person to her work telling her that he had come to repossess her car. When her lawyer advised him that he was not allowed to take her car without a court order he left. Then in April they listed her as a bad/slow payer with Transunion this has prevented her from getting credit from on a mobile service provider as well as a personal loan from a financial institution. Come on MFC play fair it is not as if she is not paying her car and considering that she had made arrangements with you to extend the period of her loan and considering the fact that she only owes R 21000.00. Please clear her name with Transunion and let her get on with her life she will pay you as per her agreement with you. This is appalling service and in very poor taste to try and get her to voluntarily surrender her car to you.
