What a useless vehicle finance

What a useless vehicle finance. They always call you on the day you get paid to ask if you paid, I mean you did a debit order with them, they money has not even reflected on their side. They treat me like an outsider just because I'm not using Nedbank. I never received even a statement from their side, to show me how much I have paid so far and how much I'm owing them. Their service is so so bad, they never assist it terms of technicalities, they always lie and say you are recorded by every month is the same thing.
