What a frustration with MFC a division of Nedbank

Myself and Capital Legacy is currently been dealing with Tennessee Maringa from MFC's customer service department. My partner past away 5 months ago and we would like to settle his car with MFC so that it's out of the estate. Tennessee Maringa did send us a settlement letter that expired today, we had to handle all the legalities with Capital Legacy and the executor is at a conference today thus I have emailed Tennessee to ask her if they can give us leniency till Monday on the settlement letter or issue a new one, no response since this morning. Tennessee follows up on the status of the estate and a copy of the Natis she dissappear from the face of this earth. You can't call her as she never answer and her supervisor, Carol's number on her signature doesn't exist if we try and call her. We never missed one instalment on the car since my partner passed away, we have waited a month for a settlement letter and a copy of the Natis after several follow ups, what is suspicious is when I paid the instalment for March Tennessee send the settlement letter and the copy of the Natis to myself and Capital Legacy. I am not sure what game MFC is playing, I need a new settlement letter on Monday 13 March 2023 so that we can settle the car, we cannot wait a month again for Tennessee. I am in the client service industry as well and of any of my staff delivers such bad service they will be out the door quicker than they thought. We really had it with MFC and Tennessee and will never do business with them again and by writing this I want to warn consumers about the service at MFC
